Update 1/14/20 Wilbur has been at Short & Curlies for a few months now. He is an incredibly sweet boy who just wants to love and be loved. He is getting to know the other pigs here, but is very easily scared by them. Part of this may be because he has a hard time seeing due to his weight. He is currently on a diet which will hopefully help.

He is very timid and is spending a lot of time by himself. He would probably do best with another docile pig or in a calm home where there are just people. He does have some food aggression issues which we are working on.

Updated 8/12/19 Wilbur is a 5 year old neutered male pig. He is currently looking for a new forever home. The family that had him felt they are unable to provide the best life for him. Wilbur had been an indoor pig and was crate trained and enjoyed sleeping on his blankets. However he has been an outdoor pig for a couple of years now. Wilbur has recently gone to Short Curlies Animal Rescue Sanctuary as a foster home until his forever home can be found. He is getting to know some other pigs and will be getting some needed work (tusks hooves) taken care of while hes at Short Curlies. He is a pig in the prime of his life. To a family willing to love him and raise him responsibly Wilbur could make a great addition.
