Sylvia is a gorgeous house piggy in need of a new home due to an upcoming move. She is good with people of all ages. She currently lives with a dog and two cats, and she gets along with them well. (Dogs and pigs should always be supervised and never left alone when together.) She is housebroken, harness trained, and knows sit and spin. She's not spayed, but is current on routine vet care.

She is a sassy girl at times, but she is so so sweet. You can tell her mood from her honks and noises. Obviously, she loves food, but she also loves attention and cuddling. She falls over when you touch her slightly, because she just loves the belly scratches so much. She still thinks she's a lap pig, even though she is 105 lbs. Sylvia is very calm and loving. Her vet always says that she is the best (and quietest) pig they see. She is a big sleeper and loves to sleep on her bed while watching tv. 

11/8/24 Update: Sylvia is staying in a family member's yard since a home wasn't found before the move. She was indoor-outdoor previously, but seems to be doing well with the extra outside time & large yard to explore. It is not a permanent place for her, though, and she really needs to find her forever home!

Transportation is available within reason to the new home. 

Sylvia is not altered so arrangements must be made to spay prior to adoption. Intact pigs do not make the best companion animals. Spaying prevents unwanted litters, curbs behavior problems, and prevents uterine tumors.
