Penny is gentle and easygoing, never destructive. She was spayed on October 25, 2023.  She is an inside pig that loves her yard time. Penny has come a long way from how timid she used to be, but she is still shy and takes a little bit to warm up to people. She does enjoy belly rubs and will flop over for them. Penny can be a little territorial, so a little extra care approaching her in "her" area is helpful. She's a laid back and chill piggy who just hangs around when her gate is opened for her to explore. 

Penny was a boarder at Ross Mill Farm, but her family will be unable to bring her back home and now need to find her a loving family to give her a forever home.

Qualified homes must 1) be in a zone friendly community, 2) locate a vet that will care for pet pigs, 3) own their home.

There is an adoption fee for Penny. Transportation to her new home is available and can be discussed with Susan.
