Meet Oliver! A rescue took him in due to behavior issues. He was housed with another pig (Beau), and they both were getting skinnier & skinnier. While at the other rescue, their behavior was so inappropriate the rescue was going to have them euthanized. The vet contacted Susan & asked if Ross Mill Farm would take them and work with them. They came to us to be separated (Beau was afraid of Oliver) and gain weight. He still has reservations and hasn't bitten any of us, but we are aware that he can. We are starting to work more with him now that he & Beau are in better health than when they arrived. He's a very handsome boy! He should go to someone who has pig experience and can continue to work with him on trusting people and his behavior. Beau's come leaps and bounds since arriving at RMF, and Oliver will, too!
