Lily in Phenix City, AL
Lily

Lily is a lovely and very sweet piggy who lives inside and enjoys yard time. She is housebroken and will use a litterbox, although she prefers to go outside to potty. She is socialized and has been good with people from teens & up (she doesn't have experience with younger kids). Lily loves cats and a kitty is her best buddy. She can get territorial around dogs. (Dogs and pigs should always be supervised and never left alone when together.) She loves to have pets and cuddle. She is very curious. She loves to be with her people and will move from room to room with you. She talks a lot, especially when she is up and moving. She loves the cat and they enjoy napping together. Lily knows "sit" and "lay down" and she can hold a treat on her nose.

It is preferred that the adopter be able to make transportation arrangements to bring Lily to her new home. She travels well, her family just hasn't done it in a while and isn't sure she can get into the car they currently have.

Lily is not altered. Intact pigs do not make the best companion animals. Spaying prevents unwanted litters, curbs behavior problems, and prevents uterine tumors. You should discuss spaying with your vet, although Lily may be past the recommended time frame to safely have this surgery done. Lily should be kept separated form any unaltered male pigs.
