Lily in Hanover, AR
Lily

Lily from Mountain View, AR

Lily is a spayed inside pig in need of a home that has plenty of patience and love. She was rescued from awful conditions when she was around 6 months old. She had parasites and was scared of everything. The family who has her now believes she was abused; she's always been terrified of brooms and boots. She does not like new people at first and will snap at you. Once she's more comfortable, she loves belly rubs. Lily also likes treat puzzles, but is not big on water or mud. She knows "sit" and is harness trained, housebroken, and rides well in cars.

She gets 5+ hours in a huge pasture daily. Lily gets along with the dog & cats in the home. (Dogs and pigs should always be supervised and never left alone when together.) She hasn't been around kids, so that's unknown. Her current family has provided lots of love and patience in the 2.5 years they've had her, but someone with pig experience or who is willing to work closely with PPN's president Susan on behavior issues is needed.

Transportation is available within 100 miles to the new home.
