Meet Hamlet! This handsome guy is a true top hog. Hamlet enjoys belly rubs and basking in the sun or small pool. Hamlet has been an indoor/outdoor pig. However, he enjoys most of his days outdoor as the environment provides more enrichment and opportunities to burn energy. Hamlet has always been a healthy pig, but he has vision impairment (possibly blind). He will need an owner who can be patient with him. He does not do well with other animals (ie pigs, dogs, cats, chickens, or goats). He is housebroken, harness trained, and does fine in cars. He also knows "sit".
Hamlet is now available for adoption at Ross Mill Farm.
If you are interested in adopting, please complete the application and mention the name, city, and state of the pig(s) you're interested in: https://www.pigplacementnetwork.org/online-adoption-application/
Qualified homes must 1) be in a zone friendly community, 2) locate a vet that will care for pet pigs, 3) own their home.
Donations to PPN are greatly appreciated so we can continue to help pigs.
