Georgie was a prize in a county fair pig scramble. The family who won him doesn't want him to have the "intended fate" that most farm breeds that come from there have, but hey are unable to keep Georgie and cannot continue to care for him. Georgie is a nice boy, but he gets wound up and excited when it's time to eat. If you scratch near his rear, he lays down and lets you rub his belly. He's good with kids, but now that he's getting larger, he can be a bit intimidating to younger kids.
Transportation is available within 250 miles to the new home.
It appears Georgie was neutered. A photo has been added. It looks like he had a "farm neuter" & tail docked, likely as a baby. (Ouch!) There are no indications that he is not neutered, but, arrangements must be made to neuter if it turns out he is not. Intact pigs do not make the best companion animals. Neutering prevents behavior issues and eliminates that classic boar odor.
