Gary is an awesome indoor piggy looking for a new home where he'll have yard access and lots of attention. In the current home, he goes outside on a harness and leash for potty breaks, but they don't have a yard, so he doesn't get much outside time. Gary is a wonderfully lovable and friendly boy. He LOVES snuggling, kids, and hugs. Gary is good with children of all ages, and has even been a therapy pig and volunteered at kid's camps. He loves
Gary is harness trained, crate trained, housebroken, and rides well in cars. He runs in circles when excited, and knows the following tricks: sit, up and down stairs, stay (sometimes, haha!). He's great with other animals, and snuggles with dogs and cats. (Dogs and pigs should always be supervised and never left alone when together.)
Transportation is available within 100 miles to the new home.
It's unconfirmed if Gary is altered, but his family has not noticed any signs of boar-ish behavior. Arrangements must be made to neuter him if he is found to not already be altered. Intact pigs do not make the best companion animals. Neutering prevents behavior issues and eliminates that classic boar odor. Altering piggies when they're young is safer and usually less expensive than waiting until it becomes a problem or a medical emergency.
