Meet Ernest Hamingway, aka Ernie! He is a lovely indoor housepiggy who enjoys his yard time. He is harness trained, housebroken, and will use a litterbox but prefers to go outside to potty. He knows a bunch of tricks: shake, sit, spin, & kisses. He's eager to learn! He has been around a few children including very small kids that have visited and has had no problems. Ernie is leery of dogs, especially larger ones, and has occasionally snapped at them. (Dogs and pigs should always be supervised and never left alone when together.) He has been around cats for short periods with no problems.
He's neutered, current on routine vet care, and up to date on shots.
His family said this about him: He is lovable. He likes to talk to me all day and likes when I talk with him. Follows me around throughout the day. He knows a bunch of words such as out, treat, bad/mad, good boy, pee pad, who's coming, listen, toys, come, go, etc. Always eager and quick to learn. Doesn't like to be left alone. When we come home he comes running and barking to us! Doesn't like when he is disciplined and especially the word no.
Transportation is available to the new home.
