11/4/24: Duke is still available! Anyone want to give this adorable boy a home? He needs someone able to get him neutered to get those hormones under control! He's still very excitable.
Duke is an outdoor piggy who lives in a barn and has pasture access. He's very hyper and being rehomed because the family is unable to keep up with his activity level.
Transportation is available within reasonable distances to the new home.
Duke is not altered so arrangements must be made to neuter prior to adoption. Intact pigs do not make the best companion animals. Neutering prevents behavior issues and eliminates that classic boar odor.
If you are interested in adopting, please complete the application and mention the name, city, and state of the pig(s) you're interested in: https://www.pigplacementnetwork.org/online-adoption-application/
Qualified homes must 1) be in a zone friendly community, 2) locate a vet that will care for pet pigs, 3) own their home.
Donations to PPN are greatly appreciated so we can continue to help pigs.
