Cordelia and Lady in Olalla, WA
Cordelia and Lady

Cordelia and Lady area gorgeous pair of outdoor piggies in need of a new home. They are sisters and need to be kept together, they have never been apart and get very anxious when one goes off on their own. Both do well with kids of all ages and are regularly exposed to toddlers to teens. They also live with 2 dogs, and don't mind them as long as they leave them alone. (Dogs and pigs should always be supervised and never left alone when together.)

Her human said: "Cordelia is a big baby, she is more of a watcher than her sister, she is VERY talkative with people. She does not like change (new gates are VERY concerning). Loves belly rubs and nose kisses from her chosen person. Lady is a free spirit, she loves to go on solo adventures, she is the runt but has stands her ground, she is VERY vocal when she wants something or does not want to do what she is told. They both know how to 'sit' but little legs and pig bellies make that tricky anymore. They both know what 'No' means and ignore it well."

Transportation is available within 50 miles to the new home.

Cordelia and Lady are not altered so arrangements must be made to spay prior to adoption. Intact pigs do not make the best companion animals. Spaying prevents unwanted litters, curbs behavior problems, and prevents uterine tumors.

If you are interested in adopting, please complete the application and mention the name, city, and state of the pig(s) you're interested in: https://www.pigplacementnetwork.org/online-adoption-application/

Qualified homes must 1) be in a zone friendly community, 2) locate a vet that will care for pet pigs, 3) own their home.
