Chip is very sweet once he trusts you. He can be a little timid at first but treats are the gateway to his heart. He also enjoys belly rubs!

We took in Chip along with 23 other pigs from a rescue that was forced to close and rehome their animals. Chip has been waiting over a year for his forever home. We do not know about his backstory, where he came from, or what kind of life he had before coming to us. We do know is that since being in our care he is a very nice pig who loves livin' the pig life. He is neutered, microchipped, dewormed, and vaccinated. Like most pigs, Chip takes a bit of time to warm up to strangers but is very food motivated and that helps with winning him over.

The rescue that Chip came from had an accidental breeding that made Chip a dad. His three kids, Matthew, Nathan, and Megan are also looking for forever homes and either of the three (or all three) would be wonderful companions for Chip in his new home.
