Baby in Griffin, GA
Baby

"Baby is a big sweetheart. She was raised in a third-floor apartment with a dog in the home, however she then spent 2+ years at animal control in Pennsylvania. We were told she knows how to paint, is harness trained, and potty trained (but have not seen evidence of this). We adopted her under the premise that she was good with dogs, but she is not. She is also aggressive to children. She now has to be isolated to her pen most of the time. We try to let her out as often as we can to roam the fenced yard but cannot have her out at the same time as the children or dogs - this has become unsustainable and she is not happy here. We would love for her to find a home where she can have a full happy life."

A dog-free and child-free home is needed for Baby. She has done well around chickens.

Transportation is available to the new home.

It's not confirmed that Baby is altered, but the family has never noticed heat signs. Arrangements must be made to spay if she is found to not be spayed already. Intact pigs do not make the best companion animals. Spaying prevents unwanted litters, curbs behavior problems, and prevents uterine tumors.

If you are interested in adopting, please complete the application and mention the name, city, and state of the pig(s) you're interested in: https://www.pigplacementnetwork.org/online-adoption-application/
